Liebe Studierende, 
Auch in diesem Jahr versammeln sich die unterschiedlichen Teams auf dem Campus in Kleve um am Homecoming Cup teilzunehmen! 
Eine Teilnahme ohne vorherige Anmeldung ist in diesem Jahr ausgeschlossen. Anmeldefrist ist der 26.09.2024 um 14:00 Uhr. 

Der offizielle Wettkampf findet am Freitag, 27.09.2024 statt.  

Wichtige Hinweise zur Anmeldung: 

1. Alle Teilnehmenden eines Teams müssen sich einzeln für den gleichen Kurs anmelden. Basierend auf der Kursnummer werden die Startnummern vergeben. Nur vollständige Teams können im Wettkampf gegeneinander antreten.

2. Bitte beachtet, dass es pro Team mindestens eine (weibliche) Teilnehmerin geben sollte. 

3. Die angegebenen Zeiten pro Team gelten für die Sicherheitseinweisung am Donnerstag, 26.09.2024. Bitte kommt pünktlich zur Einweisung auf dem Campus in Kleve; eine Teilnahme am Wettkampf ohne vorherige Einweisung ist nicht möglich! 

4. Du möchtest teilnehmen, aber hast noch kein Team? Dann melde dich bis Donnerstag, 26.09.2024, 14:00 Uhr am Info Booth auf dem Campus in Kleve. Wir setzen alle einzelnen Teilnehmenden auf eine Liste und versuchen kurzfristig Teams zu bilden. Studierende in Kamp-Lintfort können sich an die Freshers' Week Tutor*innen wenden. Bitte meldet euch nicht einzeln für einen Kurs an, wenn ihr noch kein Team habt damit die Buchungen reibungslos verlaufen. 

5. Aufgrund des Transfers von Kamp-Lintfort nach Kleve sind die Zeitslots zur Sicherheitseinweisung am Freitag allen Kamp-Lintfort Teams vorbehalten!

Dear students, 
As every year, students will gather on campus Kleve to compete in the Homecoming Cup! 
Participation without a prior registration will NOT be possible this year. Registration deadline is 26.09.2024, 02:00 pm.

The official competition takes place on Friday, 27.09.2024.

Important information on the registration: 

1. Individual participants should register within the same course - all participants must register individually. Starting numbers are allocated based on the course number. Only complete teams can compete against each other.

2. Please note that at least one team member must be female. 

3. The indicated time slot of the registration corresponds to the time slot for the safety introduction on Thursday, 26.09.2024. Please be on time for the safety introduction; participation in the competition is not possible without taking part in it! 

4. You would like to join but do not have a team yet? Then get in touch with our tutors at the Info Booth on Campus Kleve until Thursday, 26.09.2024, 02:00 pm. We will try our best to match teams on a short notice. Students in Kamp-Lintfort can simply approach the Freshers' Week tutors. Please do not register to a course without having a team to not disturb the registrations. 

5. Due to the transport from Kamp-Lintfort to Kleve, all timeslots for the safety instruction on Friday are reserved for Kamp-Lintfort teams!
