Jiu-Jitsu is a modern self-defense system useable also for your daily life,if necessary, as well as a classic martial art. Each defense technique is applicable against multiple attack types. In combinations, the techniques can be meaningfully combined and used in free defense against free attacks as true self-defense.
Requirements: No health issues
Please bring:
- Training is primarily in the gi. There?s a small number of loaner gis available, but participants are strongly encouraged to purchase their own gi. For details, please speak with the coach.
- The last Friday of the month is always no-gi training in normal sportswear.
