The aim is to perform exercises on gymnastics equipment according to predetermined criteria (technique and posture)and in connections. Practising gymnastics you will develop coordinative and conditional skills, but also courage and ambition.
During trampolining, acrobatic exercises are performed on a trampoline. Body tension and mobility are just two of the features required and promoted in trampoline gymnastics.
